Fantastic Man # 22

Fantastic Man’s celebrations of a remarkable decade in print continue with this glorious issue for Autumn and Winter 2015. On the cover is the effervescent actor KYLE MacLACHLAN, currently on the precipice of a comeback 25 years in the making. Photographed by Inez & Vinoodh, the ‘Twin Peaks’ star can be found bathed in red on certain limited edition covers. Inside the issue, model CLÉMENT CHABERNAUD spectacularly showcases the most significant looks of the past decade’s menswear collections. A series of fabulous profiles includes the actor JEFFREY TAMBOR, former Mr. Universe BOB PARIS, the architect IPPOLITO PESTELLINI LAPARELLI, menswear designer CRAIG GREEN and the identical twins and Olympic rowers TYLER and CAMERON WINKLEVOSS. Coincidentally, the actor JESSE EISENBERG – who of course played the twins’ arch-nemesis, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, in the 2010 film ‘The Social Network’ – also makes an appearance in the issue. He’s one of the 22 men (and women) who feature in a sixty-page menswear extravaganza, which is shot in the simple yet effective straight-up style of photography. As always, this issue includes a number of sartorial contemplations, plus chats with men with curious vocations. There’s also a monumental visual odyssey through the country from which this magazine hails, The Netherlands, shot by the phenomenally talented British photographer JAMIE HAWKESWORTH. Fantastic Man’s 22nd issue is, put simply, enormous.
